In store purchases may be returned for 14 days after purchase with receipt. If not immediately exchanged for something, a store credit can be issued to be used at a later date. The store credit does not expire. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and parts included to be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not offer refunds in store, only exchange or store credit.
Online Purchases may be returned within 30 days of order confirmation for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) given that:
- The merchandise is unused, in original packaging, and with tags still attached
- The merchandise is in the same condition in which it was received
- The return has been approved beforehand
- Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned, sorry for any inconvenience.
- Customized items are also final sale (monograms etc)
All merchandise will be inspected for quality before being shipped out. If damage occurs during shipping please contact us at within 48 days of delivery, damage claims over 48 hours after delivery may be denied. Keep all boxes and packaging for claim purposes.
To initiate your return please email us with your invoice number. Please note that customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a trackable shipping option must be used. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not trackable. Returns may also be accepted in store after first initiating the return online.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be made in the same form of original payment, minus any original shipping costs. Returns made in store will be processed on our online system within 3 days (unfortunately we cannot do cash refunds in store).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a few weeks please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
After contacting your credit card company, if the issue is not resolved, please contact us at email@example.com.
There are certain situations where a refund may be denied:
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
